When using EasyRotator for WordPress, you may occasionally receive the following error when attempting to upload a rotator:
An error occurred while attempting to package the files for uploading. Details:
Error: Error #3013
The error code #3013 indicates that a file is inaccessible, often because another program is using it. Make sure that no other application is editing or accessing the photo files that you added to the rotator. If you continue to experience trouble, there may be a permissions conflict restricting access to the location where the photos are stored. Try moving all of your photos into your main Documents folder, then re-adding them to the rotator.
Error When Launching or Using Program
Occasionally, you may receive the following error while launching or using the EasyRotator editor application:

Error Details: Error: Error #3013
This message usually indicates that the editor application is unable to access the file(s) in question due to permission errors. First, try restarting your system and be sure that your user has administrator permissions. If this doesn't solve the problem, make sure that your antivirus program isn't blocking the EasyRotator application from writing files.
